On The Rocks Liquor is located at 976 South Old Highway 94, St Charles, MO 63303.Take highway 94 South Bound and make a right on the Old S Hwy 94 exit on the right after you pass Zumbehl Road. Follow it up until you set the OTR Liquor sign on the left and you’re there.

Take highway 94 North Bound and make a left at the Pralle Lane Intersection and then an immediate right on to Old S Hwy 94 heading north and OTR Liquor is the 2nd parking lot entrance on the right after the Metro Mart.
